Notification of Changes to Mine Co-construction in Paraguay

Dear mine co-construction users:

Due to the changes in the global situation and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the company has adjusted the priority order of mine construction. The equity of the co-construction of the American mine will replace that of the Paraguay mine. The co-construction equity will be submitted to the local accounting firm in The United States for local industrial and commercial registration in June.
