Announcement on Withdrawal from Wallet and Interface after Data Cleaning

Respected users:
The data cleaning process caused by the intrusion consists of a large workload on which many staff are working and is time-consuming. After the cleanup is completed, the platform will gradually begin to review application of withdrawal and synchronize all third-party interface data to reach a normal state. The original T+1 withdrawal time was temporarily changed to T+7 for manual review. It is expected that the platform will open for manual review on 23rd November. Thank you for your understanding and support!
