Announcement on Suspension of Colocation and Hosting Services of Chinese Mining Farms

Dear Users,

Due to policy changes, RHY suspended its agency cooperation with mining companies operating in mainland China and Hong Kong. Users whose mining rigs are hosted in mainland China need to terminate the cooperation in advance, and the unconsumed electricity bill will be refunded and settled within 60 days. Customers who have mining rigs hosted are requested to pick up the equipment by themselves or contact customer service to pick up the equipment at the designated logistics location.
Due to the adjustment of national policies in the region, users who participate in the construction of overseas mining farms can apply for participation in overseas expansion projects. Thanks for your support and understanding!
